Bahadarpura, an out station of Khargone, became an independent parish on 6th June 1987 Fr. Joy Parappally was appointed as the first Parish Priest. Late Fr. William Wuellner SVD, late Fr. Alvares and Sr. Kathi Hauser were the pioneers of this mission. Late Fr. Antony Motiraj built a church at Bahadarpura in 1977. A new church was built during tenure of Rev. Fr. Pius Ginare as parish priest in 2020. The Franciscan Sisters of St. Mary of the Angels joined the community in 1997.
