Roshni, an out station of Deoli, was raised to the status of a parish in 1954 and the first parish priest was Fr. Joseph Huebner SVD. Hindi Medium Primary school was started at Roshni in the same year and hostels for boys and girls were also initiated. In 1983 Medical Mission Sisters began their apostolate in Roshni by rendering medical, social and educational help to the people of the area. After them the sisters of the FSI Congregation joined the parish in 2021.
