Bhojakhedi was an out station of Bhilenkheda till 2013. Bhojakhedi Church was built by Rev. Fr. Karl Schmidt SVD in 1946 and was dedicated to St Francis of Assisi. It was made Parish on 9th June 2013 and Fr. Bridhichand Nonwar O Praem was appointed as the first parish priest. Francisacn Clarist Congregation sisters joined the mission in 1996.
